ICOM Russia is glad to infrom you that will hold an International museum
\nfestival this summer and will be happy if you would like to participate in
\nour event! Below you will find short information about our Festival.<\/p>\n

*Exhibition \u201cMuseum technologies and equipment \u201cTechnomuseum\u201d*<\/p>\n

Motto *\u201cThe area of culture \u2013 is the area of confidence\u201d*<\/p>\n

*Dates:* 1 \u2013 8 June 2011<\/p>\n

*Festival mounting:* 2 \u2013 3 June 2011 *Dismantling: *8 of June 2011<\/p>\n

*Participants\u2019 registration:* 2 \u2013 3 June 2011<\/p>\n

*Opening ceremony:* 3 of June 2011<\/p>\n

*Business program: *4 \u2013 6 June 2011<\/p>\n

*Working time for visitors*: 4 \u2013 6 June from 10:00 till 18:00<\/p>\n

7 June from 10:00 till 15:00<\/p>\n

*Venue*: Central House of Artists, Crymskiy val, 10, Moscow, Russia.<\/p>\n

*Participants:*<\/p>\n

Russian and international museums of different types, including museums of
\nlibraries, archives, charitable foundations, handicraft workshops, companies
\nand educational institutions. Regional ministries of culture, universities
\nand professional museum organizations will also participate in the Festival.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWindow to the world\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exhibition \u201cMuseum technologies and equipment \u201cTechnomuseum\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Interactive theater and museum programs.<\/p>\n

*Festival aim*<\/p>\n

The main aim of the Festival is to integrate into the sphere of humanitarian
\ninteraction among CIS countries, to enlarge contacts with international
\nmuseum community, to create effective dialogue platform for experience
\nexchange and modern museum technologies and management models approbation,
\nto form conditions for young specialists\u2019 joint work, to stimulate their
\nwork and maintain youth inter-museum projects.<\/p>\n

*Business program*<\/p>\n

On the first day of the Business program ICOM Russia will organize the
\nSecond International seminar on ?useum security. And during second and third
\ndays there will be two plenary sessions dedicated to the best museums of
\ndifferent types: first \u2013 the biggest European contests and their winners of
\n2010; and second \u2013 the best museums of a kind.<\/p>\n
